CEO and Co-Founder

TwinACT LLC, San Jose, CA (formerly Albuquerque, NM), 2001-present

Responsible for overall company direction and technology leadership including business planning, proposal writing and product development. Conceived and developed an interactive technology platform for online communications and customer service that incorporates an animated talking character interface. The characters communicate in English using a text-to-speech engine and can provide realtime intelligent answers in English to typed natural language questions by drawing upon various backend information systems.

CTO and Co-Founder

PNBC, Albuquerque, NM and San Francisco, CA, 1997-2001

Responsible for overall technology leadership, strategy and direction. Conceived and directed the development of PNBC's proprietary online event technology, the first platform to integrate all aspects of event information into linked Web applications and searchable data models. Directed and coordinated the production and deployment of online services utilizing this technology for over 40 events, including COMDEX, PC Expo, Networld+Interop and other top-tier IT events. Managed the engineering, design and MIS teams including programmers, managers, designers and support personnel.
